Welcome to my homepage. I am Tong Xie, a second-year Ph.D. student at the School of Integrated Circuits, Peking University.

I received the B.S. degree in Microelectronic Science and Engineering from the School of EECS at Peking University, Beijing, China, in 2024. I am currently pursuing the Ph.D. degree at the School of Integrated Circuits under the supervision of Prof. Runsheng Wang and Prof. Meng Li.

My research focuses on reliable and efficient AI accelerator design.
